Once payment is made for physiotherapy sessions, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Patients must use their paid sessions within 45 days from the date of their first treatment. Any unused sessions automatically lapse after this 45-day period, and no refund will be issued for sessions that are not used within the validity window.

If a patient is unable to continue their sessions within the 45-day period, a one-time transfer of the unused sessions to a family member is permitted.

A written request stating the name of the recipient and their relationship to the patient is required for any such transfer. Transferred sessions remain bound by the original 45-day validity deadline and the no-refund policy.

Curis 360 functions as a facilitator that connects patients with independent physiotherapists. Curis 360 does not guarantee specific recovery outcomes, treatment success, pain relief, or clinical improvement from home physiotherapy sessions.

The individual physiotherapists are responsible for the quality and outcomes of the treatment they provide.

Curis 360 does not assist with insurance claims and does not provide custom documentation for insurance processing. Patients must independently verify their coverage with their respective insurers.

Curis 360 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice.
